What You'll Do
- Obtain laboratory samples from patients.
- Perform procedures and analyze results per policies.
- Prepare solutions, reagents, and controls.
- Respond to test result inquiries.
- Communicate results to healthcare teams.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments.
- Assist in evaluating and developing procedures.
What You Bring
Qualifications:
- CSMLS certification.
- Experience in Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Transfusion Medicine, Histology, Cytology, Cytogenetics, and Molecular Diagnostics (new graduates welcome).
- Strong communication, adaptability, patient care commitment.
- Knowledge of Indigenous health issues, anti-racism, and cultural safety.
- Understanding of relevant legislation and commitments.

- Understanding of systemic and Indigenous-specific racism, with initiatives to promote safety and belonging.
