About The Job

In accordance with the vision and values of the organization, the Operations Supervisor works in a team-based environment. Responsibilities include supervising laboratory staff, coordinating daily activities at the designated laboratory site, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, providing technical guidance, mentoring, coaching, facilitating workplace solutions, and promoting continuous learning. The role also involves coordinating processes, standards, goals, and objectives in partnership with the Professional Practice Leader and Technical Specialist to ensure consistency across Interior Health. Maintaining accreditation and safety standards is also a key responsibility.

This is a Relief Full Time (1.0) opportunity until the return of the incumbent.

Shift Times: 07:15 to 15:15

Days of Work: Monday to Friday
