Alberta Precision Laboratories in Taber Health Centre is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technologist I to join the team. You will be responsible for daily processing, testing, results analysis and reporting of diagnostic samples within the laboratory.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) program.
• Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Alberta (CMLTA).
• Strong teamwork, excellent communication, phlebotomy and bench skills; adaptability.
• Proficient Connect Care knowledge; recent phlebotomy/bench experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Daily processing, testing, results analysis and reporting of diagnostic samples.
• Perform routine and specialized procedures in processing specimens used in diagnosis.
