Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent experience.
• CMLTO registration in good standing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with analytical mindset.
• Proficient with MS Office and lab analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of diagnostic and interpretive testing.
• Prepare and process samples with accurate labeling and documentation.
• Perform, interpret and release results while protecting patient confidentiality.
• Identify incidents/non-conformities and participate in corrective actions.
• Assist with evaluating and implementing new technology.
• Contribute to problem solving in workflow and organization.
• Maintain safety protocols and a clean, organized lab.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
