LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services seeks a Senior Medical Lab Technologist in Ontario for an overnight shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM). The role emphasizes accurate diagnostic testing, timely reporting, and collaboration with the Medical Science team to ensure patient care excellence.
The candidate will have 5+ years of MLT experience, CMLTO registration, and a strong focus on safety, privacy, and quality management within a fast-paced laboratory environment.

Senior Medical Lab Technologists provide accurate and timely interpretive and diagnostic specimen testing and reporting. Through accuracy, quality, efficiency and expediting test results, you will contribute to patient well-being and the achievement of better health outcomes. This is a great role for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
LifeLabs facilities are also known as teaching laboratories and offer opportunities to share knowledge in a collaborative environment. You will have 24-hour medical support through our Medical Science team and Medical Library, and the ability to teach our college and university student placements.
