Our client is looking for a Medical Editor to join their team. This will be remote, and a laptop will be provided. This role will start off as 20-25 hours per week, and then increase to 40 hours per week (fulltime hours). This will be ongoing, with a possible conversion to fulltime (FTE).
What You'll Be Doing
- Reviewing and editing medical, pharmaceitucal and healthcare related content for accuracy, clarity and compliance.
- Ensuring all materials meet brand, regulatory and editorial standards, per FDA guidelines.
- Collaborating with Copywriters, Medical Reviewers and an Account team to refine messaging and you will be maintaining scientific integrity.
- Fact checking and verifying references to ensure highest editorial quality.
- Managing revisions efficiently while maintaining content flow and legibility.
Skills Needed
- Experience as a Medical Editor or Medical Copywriter in an agency or studio setting.
- FDA experience and samples to showcase.
