What you can expect when joining the team
At the heart of the Medical Billing team, you'll join a team responsible for completing our customers' entire medical billing cycle. You'll participate in team tasks, while also having full responsibility for certain files. This role is 100% onsite, requiring attendance at the office up to 5 times per week.
Your daily life
During the day, you will be required to:
Conduct data entry for billing claims accurately and efficiently;
Code diagnostic codes with precision and attention to detail;
Perform reconciliation of claims to ensure accuracy and completeness;
Handle data entry tasks for both paper and electronic submissions with diligence;
Assist with marketing administration and provide support where needed.
Your profile

The ability to manage high workloads within a fast-paced environment, while maintaining both efficiency and accuracy;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills;
A proactive and action-oriented approach to tackling tasks and challenges;
The ability to thrive in working independently, with a high degree of accountability;
Rigorous standards of confidentiality when handling sensitive information;
A keen eye for detail, ensuring precision and accuracy;
Prior experience in the medical field, transcription, or medical administration (strong asset);
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
