What you can expect when joining the team

As a key member of our Medical Billing team, you’ll help ensure that every part of the billing cycle runs smoothly—from claim submission to reconciliation. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues, contribute to shared goals, and take ownership of specific files and tasks.This is an opportunity to join a mission-driven team where accuracy, consistency, and care truly make a difference.

What your day-to-day will look like

Submit and process billing claims with speed and accuracy, ensuring all data is entered correctly;

Assign and verify diagnostic codes with a strong eye for detail and compliance;

Reconcile submitted claims, identifying discrepancies and resolving them proactively;

Manage data entry for both paper-based and electronic claims, handling sensitive information with care;

Support marketing administration, assisting with ad-hoc tasks and collaborating across teams when needed.

Your profile

Rigorous standards of confidentiality when handling sensitive information;

A keen eye for detail, ensuring precision and accuracy;

Prior experience in the medical field, transcription, or medical administration (strong asset);

Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
