What You Can Expect When Joining The Team

At the heart of the Medical Billing team, you\'ll join a team responsible for completing our customers\' entire medical billing cycle. You\'ll participate in team tasks, while also having full responsibility for certain files.

Your daily life

In your day to day, you will be led to :

  • Conduct data entry for billing claims accurately and efficiently;
  • Provide dedicated follow-up and support to customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly;
  • Code diagnostic codes with precision and attention to detail;
  • Perform reconciliation of claims to ensure accuracy and completeness;
  • Handle data entry tasks for both paper and electronic submissions with diligence;
  • Assist with marketing administration and provide support where needed.
Your profile

Are you professional, courteous and concerned about the quality of customer service? Are you an autonomous, proactive person who enjoys managing several files simultaneously and working as part of a team to achieve common goals? The sky is the limit! If you have :

  • Ability to manage high workloads within a fast-paced environment, while maintaining both efficiency and accuracy;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with customer service skills;
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills (Google and Microsoft applications, Adobe software);
  • A proactive and action-oriented approach to tackling tasks and challenges;
  • The ability to thrive in working independently, with a high degree of accountability;
  • Rigorous standards of confidentiality when handling sensitive information;
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring precision and accuracy;
  • The ability to effectively prioritize tasks;
  • The ability to work full-time on weekdays;
  • A willingness to demonstrate proficiency in computer data entry through a skills assessment;
  • Familiarity with medical terminology (strong asset);
  • Prior experience in the medical field, transcription, or medical administration (strong asset).
