We are currently looking for skilled Phlebotomists to join our community healthcare team. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of venipuncture experience in a high-volume setting.

What you’ll do as a Phlebotomist:
  1. Review patient records for accuracy and completeness.
  2. Label and ensure all samples are accurately identified.
  3. Set up and prepare all equipment and supplies for venipuncture.
  4. Perform venipuncture and finger-sticks.
  5. Centrifuge blood samples as outlined in clinical protocol.
  6. Monitor patients for reactions and ensure sample quality.
  7. Maintain patient confidentiality and comfort, providing excellent customer service.
  8. Ensure sanitation and cleaning of equipment and work areas.
  9. Use personal protective equipment correctly for safety.
  10. Label transfer tubes properly and follow handling and storage instructions.
  11. Package and ship specimens to the lab daily.
  12. Cross-train and participate in Medical Assistant duties, including various health screenings.
What you'll need as a Phlebotomist:
  1. Minimum 1 year of adult venipuncture experience with precision skills.
  2. Experience with centrifuge and specimen separation.
  3. Desire to provide excellent customer service.
  4. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  5. Willingness to cross-train in additional tasks.
  6. Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
  7. Teamwork and collaboration skills, including physical capability to handle equipment (up to 50 lbs).
