Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic treatments such as Brow waxing, tinting, eye lash tinting and lifting, facials, microdermabrasion, Microneedling, peels, laser hair removal and more
• To use your Instagram magic to effortlessly showcase their work and our fabulous Med Spa
• Conduct skin consultation / assessments and recommend appropriate treatments
• Innovative and stays informed on all current skincare trends and treatments
• Consult and educate with clients on the best product for their skin needs
• Client inquiries; calling new clients to answer any questions they have and to educate on any services that are offered within the clinic
• Upsell retail products to clients to enhance their at-home skincare regimen
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment room
• Sanitize equipment and implements according to industry standards
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns or questions
• Assist with front desk duties

Requirements

• licensed Medical Esthetician with a strong understanding of treatments and procedures.
• Proven experience in performing aesthetic treatments
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues. We are looking for an individual with an upbeat positive personality.
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques to promote and sell skincare products and treatment packages
• Excels in client care and communication, leaving our clients feeling pampered and educated.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a high level of cleanliness and sanitation
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
