Responsibilities –

• Perform treatments according to the company’s protocols and standards;
• Implement the treatment plan suggested during the initial consultation with the director;
• Reevaluate the plan over time and propose an appropriate follow-up based on identified needs;
• Recommend retail products best suited for the patient based on their skin concerns;
• Perform required post-treatment follow-ups;
• Encourage clients to renew their products;
• Act as a Beauty Coach by building customer loyalty through the development of a trusting relationship;
• Collaborate in a team-based setting to recommend and deliver result focused treatment plans.
  
  
  

Qualifications –

• Diploma in Esthetics;
• Diploma in Photorejuvenation/IPL and Laser Hair Removal;
• Experience in Coolsculpting;
• At least two (2) years of experience in a similar role;
• Certification on clinic-specific platforms is an asset;
• Languages spoken and written: fluent in French and English;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
• Adherence to work procedures;
• Integrity and trustworthiness;
• Demonstrate initiative, autonomy, and leadership;
• Show teamwork and collaboration skills;

Schedule –

• Part-time position, with possibility of full-time eventually;
• Availability from Tuesday to Saturday.
  
  
  

Salary –
