Job description

We are looking for a motivated medical aesthetician to join a new growing Physician-led Medical Aesthetics Clinic in St. Catharines/Niagara. The successful candidate would be responsible for conducting skincare assessments and consultations for existing and new clients, performing all aesthetics services, such as chemical peels (using AlumierMD products), various medical facials, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, extractions, cryotherapy, and microneedling, as well as assisting with various radiofrequency and laser treatments. Must be willing to be trained on certain radiofrequency treatments and perform those treatments once trained. Also responsible for promoting and selling skincare products, as well as other medical aesthetics treatments, packages and memberships. Responsibilities would also include learning how to use the clinic's Electronic Medical Records System and documenting all treatments and assessments/consultations in the clients' charts.

Duties Would Include

• Performing advanced skincare treatments and recommending customized skincare plans
• Assisting with patient consultations and treatment assessments
• Maintaining a sterile and clean work environment
• Educating patients on post-treatment care and skin health management
• Documenting treatments and patient progress accurately
• Promoting a professional, compassionate, and ethical approach at all times
• May be required to check patients out after services and process payments and invoices
• May be asked to assist with other treatments performed by the nurses or physician
  
  

The successful candidate must also be willing to engage in continuing education and attend any relevant training sessions arranged.

Remuneration: Base hourly rate + tiered commissions to be discussed; free or at-cost treatments
