Wage: $17.60–$19.00/hour (based on experience)

About Us:

Season2Season LTD is a growing swimming pool company dedicated to delivering exceptional service. Our sister company, Season2Season Leasing and Property Management, manages residential rental properties with a focus on quality service and presentation. We are seeking a creative, self-motivated Media & Content Creator to help visually showcase both sides of our business and engage our growing online audience.

Job Overview:

As our Media & Content Creator, you’ll be responsible for producing compelling short and long-form video content for social media and YouTube. This includes filming, editing, and publishing engaging media to highlight our pool services, property rentals, behind-the-scenes work, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Film and edit 1–2 short-form videos per week for Instagram and Facebook
  • Create 1 long-form video per week for YouTube
  • Capture photo and video content of rental units, pool builds, service jobs, etc.
  • Assist with managing and updating our websites (basic updates, photo uploads, copy edits)
  • Support marketing efforts through photography and advertising content creation
  • Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with management on content direction and scheduling

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with videography and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or mobile-friendly tools like CapCut or InShot)
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube content formats
  • Photography skills for showcasing rentals and pool projects
  • Basic knowledge of website platforms (like Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress) is a bonus
  • Creative thinker with good organizational and time management skills
  • Reliable transportation to different job sites across the region
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule

Additional Info:

  • Starting wage ranges from minimum wage to $19/hour, depending on experience
  • Part-time role, approx. 10–20 hours/week
  • Opportunity to grow into a full-time position based on performance and business needs
  • Flexible hours with occasional weekend shoots based on project timing
