Data Analyst & Media Buyer – Digital Performance Campaigns

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Data Analyst & Media Buyer who thrives on data-driven decision-making and optimizing digital campaigns for maximum profitability. This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing and analytics, requiring both a keen eye for numbers and a strong understanding of digital advertising mechanics.

You’ll analyze campaign data, audience behavior, and key performance metrics, uncovering the insights needed to scale winning campaigns and diagnose underperforming ones. Your work will directly impact media buying strategies, helping to refine targeting, creative performance, and overall ROI.

What You’ll Do:

Data Analysis & Campaign Insights

• Dive deep into ad performance metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities.

• Build dashboards and reports to visualize data, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights.

• Analyze A/B test results (audiences, creatives, placements) to determine what’s working and why.

• Uncover hidden patterns in ad spend and audience engagement that can drive scale.

• Investigate why some campaigns are profitable and others aren’t-then recommend data-backed solutions.

Media Buying & Optimization

• Manage, optimize, and scale digital ad campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok.

• Adjust bidding strategies, placements, and targeting based on real-time data analysis.

• Ensure efficient allocation of ad spend to maximize ROAS and CPA goals.

• Test and iterate on creative messaging, formats, and audience segments.

• Stay ahead of algorithm updates and emerging ad strategies.

Scaling & Performance Growth

• Identify high-potential campaigns and optimize them for rapid scaling.

• Develop data-backed recommendations for expanding reach while maintaining efficiency.

• Find opportunities to reduce costs without sacrificing performance.

• Work closely with media buyers, marketing strategists, and creative teams to align on data-driven decisions.

What We’re Looking For:

Data-Obsessed – You’re fluent in numbers, love analyzing trends, and always look for patterns in data.

Performance-Driven – You understand key marketing metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and how they affect growth.

Problem-Solver – You love figuring out why some campaigns work while others don’t.

Fast Learner – You adapt quickly to new advertising strategies, platforms, and optimization techniques.

Strategic Thinker – You don’t just analyze data-you use it to make smarter media buying decisions.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.

Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or programmatic platforms.

Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and multi-touch funnels.

Experience working with large datasets and making data-backed decisions for ad performance.

SQL or Python knowledge for deeper data analysis (not required, but a huge plus).
