We’re building an AI Product Suite that automates content creation, campaign execution, and lead generation. Our mission: make producing high-converting ads, short-form videos, and VSLs as simple as clicking “generate”.

As part of our growing Client Success team, we’re hiring a Media Buyer / Ads Consultant to launch and manage ad campaigns for our clients and ensure they launch fast, perform well, and generate real results. You’ll be the go-to person for paid traffic implementation inside our Client Success department. Working directly with clients and supported by Client Success Managers and the rest of the CS team, your job is to :

Responsibilities
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize client ad campaigns
  • Coordinate creative and copy production with internal team
  • Analyze performance data and adjust budgets, audiences, and creatives
  • Identify bottlenecks early and escalate to strategy or offer teams when needed
  • Build and launch Meta ad campaigns for clients
  • Coordinate creative, and write & refine ad copy that converts
  • Monitor daily ad performance (CPL, CTR, CPBC, ROAS, lead quality)
  • Run weekly creative / targeting tests
  • Report results and internal syncs
  • Collaborate with CSMs / strategists to align with ROI goals
  • Have 2–4+ years running Meta campaigns (bonus : coaching, B2B, or info product experience)
  • Proven experience with book-a-call funnels
  • Strong copywriting skills (headlines, hooks, CTAs)
  • Can manage a lot of clients simultaneously (20+) with clear priorities
  • Know how to optimize for CPL, CAC, and ROAS — not just CTR
  • Confidently analyze data and explain what’s working / what’s next
  • Work well with designers and copywriters (direction, not just requests)
  • Have experience with Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixels, ClickUp, and Discord
  • Are proactive, solution-oriented, and team-aligned
  • Launch Speed : Ads live within 48 hours of copy + creative handoff
  • Client Launch Cycle : Campaigns launched within 7 days of onboarding call
  • CPL Benchmark : Cost per Booked Call : ≤$100 target range (varies by client)
  • ROAS : Maintain ≥2.5x ROAS across optimized campaigns (where sales data is available)
  • Weekly Testing : Minimum of 2 tests / week on creative or targeting
  • Issue Flagging : All red flags escalated within 24 hours
  • Client ROI Impact : Campaigns contribute to clients hitting ROI within 30–40 days
