Description

The Customer Solutions marketing team seeks a Media Buyer Marketing Consultant, Demand Gen, to execute digital marketing campaigns across search, display, and paid social in Google Adwords, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok. You will manage optimization and campaign reach to drive new acquisitions and revenue growth for our organization. This role requires hands-on experience in Search, Display, Paid, and Social media, along with knowledge of best practices, data analysis, and reporting.

This person is data-driven with strong experience refining programs to continually improve KPIs. The Consultant will partner closely with the acquisition team to ensure marketing delivers high-quality leads, shortens sales cycles, and drives revenue pipeline.

Responsibilities
  1. Execute measurable B2B / B2C PPC marketing campaigns in Google Adwords, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok across multiple industry verticals, focusing on increasing ROI.
  2. Drive pipeline for our direct sales team and channel partners.
  3. Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Communications teams to develop campaign elements including paid search and social, landing page testing, list purchase, and channel development.
  4. Assist in formalizing lead qualification and scoring structures.
  5. Analyze campaign results and channel performance to improve and develop campaigns using market research and data.
  6. Manage campaign budgets and recommend ways to optimize spend.
  7. Determine attribution models to support demand generation efforts.
  8. Implement testing methodologies to optimize campaigns and messaging.
  9. Produce reports and dashboards on campaign progress, conversion rates, and cost metrics.
  10. Test and optimize landing pages for online and event campaigns.
  11. Work with digital media agencies as needed.
  12. Leverage Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, and other tools to execute and track programs.
  13. Monitor online campaign conversions.
  14. Build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  15. Analyze key performance metrics and recommend improvements.
  16. Manage lead data collection to ensure accurate reporting.
Experience
  • Strong knowledge of the paid media ecosystem.
  • At least 3 years of managing ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools like GA4.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
  • Proven success in inbound and outbound digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align media strategies with business goals.
  • Excellent project management and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to analyze results and optimize future campaigns.
  • Business Degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Open-minded and innovative thinking.
Education

Completion of a university degree in a related field.
