  • Inspect and test incoming components according to QC instructions.
  • Complete system performance testing on laser scanners, lighting systems, and cameras.
  • Follow procedures for software and firmware setup on our systems.
  • Prepare equipment for shipping and receiving.
  • Support engineering with prototype builds, testing, and feedback as needed.

Skills you will bring to the table :

  • Proficiency in hand soldering, crimping, connector assembly, wire harnessing, and organization.
  • Experience with advanced mechanical integration and intermediate fabrication techniques.
  • Proficiency with electronic measurement tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.) for troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Quality Control and Quality Assurance principles.
  • Proficiency with measurement tools (Vernier calipers, bore gauges, etc.).
  • Adaptability to a flexible work schedule.
  • Driver's license.
  • Ability to inspire, encourage, and collaborate with your team.
  • A positive attitude and a continuous improvement mindset.

Bonus Points for :

  • Technical Degree or Diploma in electrical systems, electronics, robotics, control systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with PCBAs, handling ESD-sensitive materials, knowledge of IPC-620 / 610 standards.
  • Experience with optical component assembly and testing.
  • Experience with point clouds and 3D visualization.
  • Six Sigma belt certification.
  • Passion for underwater environments or robotics.

The Perks :

  • Flexible hours, generous vacation, and a focus on work-life balance.
  • Personal education funds for continuous learning.
  • Profit-sharing program.
  • Regular social events.
  • Health and vision benefits.
