The base salary range considers many factors including experience, education, training, and collective agreement requirements for union positions. It is not typical for the salary to be near the top of the range, and salary depends on many factors. For management roles, the range does not include total compensation, which also involves pay-for-performance programs. Maintaining a high-performance culture is a core expectation and is rewarded accordingly.
OPG is committed to employment equity and encourages applications from Indigenous Peoples, racialized persons, persons with disabilities, and women. We prioritize hiring qualified individuals from these groups through our initiatives under the Human Rights Code/Canadian Human Rights Act.
