  4. Issue purchase orders and ensure proper execution of contracts. Carry out the necessary follow-ups to confirm the quality and quantities of goods ordered and purchased. Return goods to suppliers when necessary and obtain applicable credits.
  5. Coordinate transportation and shipping of ordered goods to ensure on-time delivery within required and possible timeframes.
  6. Meet with suppliers' and manufacturers' representatives to keep abreast of new products and parts available on the market that are applicable to his/her position.
  7. Collaborate with mechanical buyers at other logistics centers to share and exchange relevant information in connection with the purchase of products and services for the manufacture, maintenance, and repair of fleet equipment.
  8. Purchase products and services required for the maintenance and operation of the logistics center to which he/she is assigned.
  9. Transmit goods receipt bills to the accounting department for payment of invoices within the applicable deadlines.
This role could be for you if you have
