The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical scope of major new-build projects, working closely with site teams, consultants, subcontractors, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.

About the Company

  • Assist with estimating, take‑offs, tender preparation, and bidding on future projects where required.
  • Work closely with Project Coordinators, junior Project Managers, and other team members, providing coaching, guidance, and mentorship.
  • Conduct regular site visits and walkthroughs to assess progress, identify potential issues, and ensure mechanical scopes are progressing in line with project requirements.
  • Build strong working relationships with General Contractors, Project Managers, Superintendents, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Lead and coordinate all key stakeholders involved in the mechanical scope, ensuring clear communication and accountability throughout the project.
