Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and driven Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of commercial mechanical construction projects. You will lead all aspects of the project lifecycle, from pre-construction through to closeout, ensuring budget control, schedule adherence, and quality outcomes. This role offers flexibility with options to work from the Nanaimo office, adopt a hybrid arrangement, or work remotely from Victoria. You will manage a mix of commercial, mixed-use commercial and residential, and tenant improvement (TI) projects. Depending on project scope, you will directly supervise one to two Project Coordinators and collaborate with internal departments, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution.
