Job Title:Mechanical Project Manager

What you must have:

  • 10+ years experience managing team members within a mechanical trades environment

  • Journeyman Plumber with red seal certification

  • Have a gas B ticket (nice to have)

  • Experience with HVAC/R, ducting and sheetmetal

  • Strong general computer and documentation skills

  • Strong understanding of project contracts

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills

  • Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical IFC drawings and related specifications

  • Ability to create and maintain relationships with general contractors, vendors, wholesalers, engineers and stakeholders for current and future project

  • Previous estimating experience would be an asset

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of industry and regulatory codes and standards


Salary/Rate Range: $105,000 to $110,000

Other Information:

  • Additional pay: Bonus structure if yearly goals are achieved

  • Fuel card / Vehicle allowance
