The role emphasizes safety, on-time delivery, and staying within budget, with opportunities for leadership and growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of PM experience in mechanical contracting.
• Experience reading construction drawings and documents.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Office and field work capability with good relationships.
• Conflict and crisis management skills.
• Excellent time and project management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve financial targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while promoting Modern Niagara’s full-service offerings.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are upheld throughout project execution.
• Attend client and construction meetings and disseminate information to workforce, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Create purchase orders for suppliers and subcontractors and manage labour budgets.
• Coordinate equipment and systems commissioning and participate in pre-construction reviews.
