Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical DEC with related experience preferred.
• Experience with lab equipment, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Proficiency in English; basic French is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, inspect, test, calibrate, and modernize lab equipment.
• Fabricate equipment and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings.
• Write procedures for equipment operation and maintenance.
• Operate hand and power tools and electro-mechanical machinery.
• Supervise safe equipment use and train students and staff.
• Organize equipment documentation and manage inventory.
• Support lab safety procedures and reporting.
