This role gives you the opportunity to lead a variety of challenging, impactful healthcare projects – from cutting-edge new builds to renovations and retrofits. You’ll work alongside some of the best healthcare engineers and clients in the country, while also mentoring and guiding your team. With a high level of collaboration both within the Vancouver team and the broader national team, you’ll play a key part in shaping the built environment across BC and Canada. Plus, our Vancouver office is ideally located in the downtown core, easily accessible by transit and surrounded by amenities. The role offers opportunities for professional growth, leadership, and making a lasting impact.
Our Vancouver office is located in Bentall Centre – in the heart of Vancouver’s vibrant downtown – with close proximity to public transit, restaurants, shopping and other amenities. We have an established team in this office with great chemistry, a friendly and welcoming environment, strong communication within the office and across the organization with excellent benefits and career development supports.

TOTAL REWARDS
The expected salary for this role is between $100,000 to $140,000 CAD annually. Base salaries are determined considering several factors such as skills and competencies, experience, education, and internal and external competitiveness. Along with your base salary we offer a wide array of programs that include our Short Term Incentive bonus program, technical and business training, mentoring, wellness initiatives, the opportunity to participate in our coveted Defined Benefit Pension plan, flexible work arrangement, and hybrid work structure.
