Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean DMV record required.
• Ability to safely operate basic tools and heavy machinery.
• 1-2 years experience in mechanical repairs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate harvesting machinery at various locations.
• Travel to locations such as Yuma, Coachella & Westmorland for 5 months of the year.
• Maintain equipment in accordance with organic standards.

What you will need

• Ability to safely operate pickup, trailer, pressure washer, air compressor, and other basic tools.
• Ability to operate tractors.
• Ability to travel 5 months out of the year, as required to: Yuma, Coachella & Westmorland.
• A valid driver's license and a clean DMV driving record.
• Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.
  
  

What will set you apart

• 1 - 2 years of experience on repairs of basic mechanics.
• Knowledge of organically approved maintenance.
