Ocean Park Mechanical in Surrey, BC, is seeking a Mechanical Estimator – Special Projects to prepare bids for institutional and commercial tenant improvements, tilt-ups, hospitals, and schools. The role reports to the Lead Equipment Purchaser/Estimator and focuses on delivering accurate, timely estimates for special projects.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years in mechanical estimating or related roles, plus experience with civil infrastructure or large-scale projects.
