University of Ottawa is seeking Teaching Assistants/Graduates for the 2027 Winter Semester in the Main Campus. You will provide teaching assistance, conduct weekly labs, prepare equipment, consult with students and proctor exams in a hands-on environment.

Three positions are available with in-person delivery. Undergraduate students are paid at the lower rate and graduate students at the higher rate. Begin January 1, 2027 and end April 30, 2027.

Competenze

• Have successfully completed undergrad mechanical courses.
• Exceptional knowledge of Free Body Diagrams and engineering mechanics.
• Good knowledge of common engineering materials and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work with basic hand tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Availability in person throughout the course session.
• Availability to proctor the final exam.
