R.V. Anderson Associates Limited in Toronto seeks a Manager, Mechanical to lead a team of engineers across building and infrastructure projects in Canada. You will provide technical direction, manage budgets, and ensure delivery on time and to high standards.

Formación

• Must be licensed as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) within Ontario.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 20 years progressive industry experience in a similar role for an Engineering Consulting firm.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers, designers, and staff.
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and process mechanical design for building/infrastructure projects across Canada.
• Lead commissioning of building automation and fire protection systems.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Develop department standards, procedures and best practices.
