Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with nine or more years of consulting experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario.
• Expertise in HVAC, plumbing, building controls, and life safety systems.
• Knowledge of relevant codes and standards.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• Willingness to travel within Ontario and other provinces.
• Valid Class G driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

The Role

If you are an experienced Mechanical Engineer who enjoys leading complex building projects and mentoring junior team members, our client has an exciting opportunity for you. This full-time hybrid role combines hands‑on engineering with project leadership, giving you the chance to collaborate with teams across disciplines while driving mechanical system upgrades and sustainability initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Compensation Transparency

The expected compensation range for this role is $100,000 – $125,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
