Job Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in renewable energy projects, particularly in solar farms, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and building integration with GRID Electrical systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various mechanical engineering aspects, ensuring quality control, assembly, and inspection of materials and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Material Receiving and Quality Control:

    • Oversee the receiving and inspection of PV materials.
    • Ensure all materials meet quality standards and project specifications.
    • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to resolve any discrepancies.
  2. Inspection Roles:

    • PV Material Receiving QC Inspector:
      • Conduct quality control inspections of PV materials upon receipt.
    • GRID Mechanical - Assembly Inspector:
      • Inspect mechanical assemblies for GRID integration.
    • BESS Mechanical - BESS & Buildings Inspector:
      • Oversee mechanical aspects of BESS and building integration.
    • PV Mechanical - Mounting Structure Inspector:
      • Inspect mounting structures for PV systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in renewable energy projects, specifically solar farms, BESS, and GRID Electrical systems.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
  • Experience with quality control and inspection processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in renewable energy systems.
  • Experience with project management software.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
