Your Role
I am currently recruiting for one of my clients, a manufacturing company specializing in automated engineering, a Project Manager - Automation for a permanent, 37.5 hours/week on-site position.
Reporting to the Engineering Director, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Your Responsibilities:
Full management of engineering projects on the mechanical side, from design to delivery.
Analyzing client needs and developing suitable technical solutions.
Designing and validating lifting systems for infrastructure.
Coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders (production, clients, suppliers, subcontractors).
Monitoring project costs, timelines, and quality.
Writing technical documentation and progress reports.
Participating in testing and validating equipment before delivery.
Other related tasks associated with the role.
Your Profile
University degree in mechanical engineering.
OIQ membership (an asset).
Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering project management.
Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector, ideally in machinery and equipment.
Proficiency in project management tools.
Bilingual (French/English).
English is required for this position due to the following reasons:
* Communication with North American clients.
* Collaboration with English-speaking partners.
* Writing documents in English.
Conditions & Benefits:
Annual salary: $85,000 - $100,000 (based on experience).
