Job Description :

BJ Take is seeking an Engineer to join our growing team. Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with management, manufacturing, and engineering teams to improve quality, processes, and efficiency
• Product development
• Hands-on work including assembly, testing, and evaluation of designs
• Creating and editing drawings (e.g., 3D models, manufacturing drawings, wiring diagrams)

Qualifications :

Applicants should be comfortable with computer use and mechanically inclined. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling (e.g., Inventor, AutoCAD, Mechanical Desktop)
• Computer programming experience
• Mechanical Engineering Technician diploma or Mechanical Engineering Bachelor's degree
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience in LED light fixture design and production
• Experience in quality control management

This is a permanent full-time position based in Dunnville, Ontario.
