Sanmina seeks a Mechanical Engineer to join our AMT division in Ottawa. You will apply your background in mechanical design and thermal/structural finite element analysis to support product development, NPI, and manufacturing of optical and microelectronic components and subsystems.
The role requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in a product development environment, with proficiency in AutoCAD/SolidWorks and Ansys.

The Mechanical Design Team, as part of the larger product solutions development team, provides mechanical design and analysis support of product development, NPI, and manufacturing of a variety of different optical product families.
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with a background in both mechanical design and thermal and structural finite element analysis, to support product design and analysis within a worldwide end-to-end product development team, to develop advanced Opto/microelectronic components, modules and sub-systems.
