Job summary

Bouthillette Parizeau & Associes (BPA) seeks an experienced Mechanical Building Designer to contribute to mechanical systems projects across institutional, commercial and residential sectors in Toronto. Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in building mechanical design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit/BIM experience strongly preferred.
• Experience attending or supporting client and stakeholder meetings.

Responsibilities

• Technical design and coordination of various mechanical building systems projects.
• Work closely with engineers and technicians to develop solutions tailored to client needs and carry out building mechanics projects for various sectors (institutional, office, commercial, cultural and residential).
• Survey existing installations alongside the mentor.
• Analyze, design and adapt installations related to building mechanics.
• Help produce construction cost estimates.
• Help draft specifications and technical reports.
• Provide assistance in regard to site supervision.

Your profile
