Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical components, subassemblies, and full units based on blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.

• Use hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments to ensure accurate assembly.

• Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process to verify proper alignment, fit, and function.

• Collaborate with engineers, team leads, and other technicians to resolve assembly issues and ensure efficient workflow.

• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, parts lists, and specifications.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company policies.

• Complete required documentation accurately, including work orders and inspection records.

• Assist with testing and troubleshooting mechanical systems or finished products.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or vocational certification in mechanical assembly or related field is a plus.

• Prior experience in mechanical assembly or a manufacturing environment .

• Ability to read mechanical drawings and follow detailed instructions.

• Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to precision and quality.

• Familiarity with torque tools, calipers, gauges, and other measurement devices.

• Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
