Responsibilities
  • Automated and Robotic Machine Assembly: Assemble, align, and set up automated and robotic machines used in industrial automation, with a focus on PCBA and semi-conductor applications. Ensure precision and accuracy in the assembly process to meet quality standards.
  • Interpretation of Drawings: Read and interpret assembly instructions, Autocad 2D, and Solidworks 3D drawings to guide the assembly process.
  • Technical Proficiency: Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other equipment for the assembly, adjustment, and calibration of mechanical components. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to assembly and alignment.
  • Learning and Adaptability: Demonstrate a proactive and observant approach to learning. Adapt quickly to new technologies and assembly techniques.
  • Education and Certification: Possess a technical certificate, preferably NITEC-2 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
  • Experience: Previous hands-on experience in machine assembly or a background in precision machining. Familiarity with industrial automation, PCBA, and semi-conductor equipment.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is preferred for effective communication.
Job Requirements
