Emterra Group in Barrie, Ontario is seeking a 310T Mechanic to diagnose and repair vehicles, troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical systems, and support daily shop operations as part of a skilled maintenance team.

You will work in a safety-first environment with opportunities to grow professionally and personally, while adhering to company policy and maintaining organized work orders and a collaborative team approach.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold 310T or Red Seal License.
• Valid G license required (DZ preferred).
• Experience with hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable, punctual and team-oriented.

• Diagnose and complete repairs safely and within company policy and manufacturer specifications.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Test repaired equipment for proper performance.
• Maintain up to date/organized work orders.
• Communicate regularly with managers regarding repair status and concerns.
• Work as part of a team to support the daily needs of the operation.
• Maintain a clean & organized shop/equipment work area.
• Provide guidance and instruction to junior maintenance personnel.
• Suggest positive changes to processes or procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Observe safe work practices.

About the Role

As a 310T Mechanic, you’ll keep our fleet running safely and efficiently. You’ll diagnose and repair vehicles, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, and support daily shop operations as part of a skilled maintenance team.
