Job summary

Randstad Canada in Vaudreuil-Dorion is seeking a patient, kind and energetic babysitter to care for two young children (ages 1 and 2.5). The role includes light housekeeping in areas used by the children and meal preparation.

You must have CPR/BLS certification, reliable transportation, and provide at least one reference. The position is once to twice weekly, up to ten hours, with weekly e-transfer pay.

Our family is seeking patient , kind , responsible and energetic individual(s) to help care for our young children. Currently we are looking for babysitters once to twice weekly up to ten hours a week.

Our family is seeking patient , kind , responsible and energetic individual(s) to help care for our young children. Currently we are looking for babysitters once to twice weekly up to ten hours a week) with a focus on childcare and light housekeeping of areas used by and for the children (kitchen, living room etc). We hope to find candidates who are fun with the kids and about providing a safe and stimulating environment as well. We have two children aged 1 year and 2.5 years old. The ideal candidate would be able to prepare meals, snacks and bottles (beverages) for the children based on a prepared meal plan and diet restrictions, follow their sleep schedules, engage in age-appropriate activities (crafts, games, outdoor play). Attentive care is also essential. CPR certification / BLS training is required. In addition to our children we have dogs as well. All candidates must be comfortable with dogs and understand that they are part of our family. We are offering a competitive wage of $18-$20 per hour for the right person. This amount is based on their experience and knowledge. All candidates must provide at least one referral from a previous or present employer. Experienced student applicants welcome (minimum age of requirement of 17 years old). Summer job seekers welcome. Must provide own transportation to get to our home. We pay by e-transfer once per week following completion of shifts for that week. We conduct a phone interview followed by an in person interview with the children present.
