Family in Saskatoon is seeking a caring nanny to start ASAP. The role begins part-time (10–20 hours/week) with potential to move to full-time (≈30 hours/week) in December/January, then possibly back to part-time in the new year.

Days will be flexible, with typical schedule on Tue/Wed from 9–10 hours, daytime hours 7:30am–5:30pm, caring for a 3.5-year-old and a 1-year-old. Holds CPR/First Aid, has several years in childcare, is outgoing, and comfortable around two friendly dogs.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Multiple years of childcare experience.
• Outgoing and engaged with kids; minimize screen time.
• Comfortable with dogs in the home.
• Driver's license preferred but not required; must be legally able to work in Canada.

Job Overview

Our family is looking for a nanny to start ASAP.

For now we will only need part time, approx 10-20 hours per week, extending to full-time hours in December or January (approx 30hours per week). However this is flexible and can continue as part time (minimum of 20 hours per week) in the new year. For the fall, we are very flexible on days and hours and I will be home almost all of the time. I will have a set schedule come January and should know more about this in October but there is the potential to be a bit flexible here as well. Likely dates will be Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 9-10hour days. All hours will be daytime, weekday hours between approx 730am-530pm. We have two kiddos, a 3.5yr old boy and a girl that just turned 1. Hoping for someone to start in September but can push this to October or November if needed.

Must:

• Have CPR and first aid
• Have several years experience in childcare
• Be outgoing and involved in playing with the kiddos - we do very limited screentime
• Be comfortable with dogs (two small, very friendly dogs which require nothing except being let into our fenced yard from time to time)
• Driver's license not required but preferred
• Be able to legally work in Canada
• Flexible hourly wage depending on experience and qualifications - $18-25 per hour

Pay:

$20.00-$25.00 per hour
