Job description

Responsibilities:
- Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Oversee department operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities and achieve department goals
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner

Experience:
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role preferred
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent math skills for handling financial transactions and inventory management
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and other stakeholders
- Proficient in time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

  • Overtime pay

Flexible language requirement:

  • French not required
