Sobeys is seeking an associate for an independently owned and operated franchised/affiliate store location. You will provide friendly, professional service to customers while preparing meat products for purchase and maintaining displays.

You will contribute to an engaging work environment for both employees and customers. Responsibilities include meeting customer needs, preparing meat, merchandising, maintaining the meat area, handling orders, and supporting staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 12 months of experience in a retail/meat environment
• Knowledge of department operations and ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to meet customer needs.
• Prepare meat products for customer purchases and displays.
• Merchandise and maintain the meat department area.
• Receive meat orders and handle special order requests.
• Provide training to new staff and clerks.
• Adhere to CFIA regulations and company standards.
• Perform administrative duties as required.
