Responsibilities

• Maintain department organization and standards to keep the meat area customer-ready.
• Rotate stock regularly and remove expired or unsellable products.
• Ensure accurate pricing and signing; follow procedures for ordering, clearance, markups, markdowns, signing, flagging, pricing, and labeling.
• Follow food safety and cold chain practices, including temperature checks and proper food handling.
• Prepare and serve deli products; take customer orders and prepare meat, cheese, and fried chicken items using slicers, stackers, rotisserie ovens, deep fryers, and other tools.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Be flexible with shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
