Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain Department Organization and Standards – keep meat dept clean, organized, and properly zoned.
• Ensure Accurate Pricing and Signing – sign, price, and display merchandise correctly and follow procedures.
• Follow Food Safety and Cold Chain Practices – monitor temperatures, dates, rotation, and safe handling.
• Prepare and Serve Deli Products – take orders and prepare deli items (meat, cheese, fried chicken) with safe equipment.
• Health and Safety Compliance – adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
• Flexibility – work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
