• Maintain Department Organization and Standards: keep department clean, organized and properly zoned; rotate stock and remove expired products.
• Ensure Accurate Pricing and Signing: ensure merchandise is signed and priced correctly following procedures.
• Follow Food Safety and Cold Chain Practices: monitor temperatures, proper food handling and date compliance.
• Prepare and Serve Deli Products: take orders and prepare meat, cheese, and fried chicken as requested.
• Health and Safety Compliance: follow health and safety guidelines and company policies.
• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule): willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
