The ideal candidate will also have extensive knowledge of different meat cuts and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The position requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 80lbs, and fluency in both French and English is considered an asset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year meat cutting experience, ideally in a high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of meat industry and cuts is essential.
• Fluent in French and English is a plus.
