Job summary

Your Independent Grocer in Newfoundland and Labrador is seeking Store Colleagues to deliver friendly customer service, stock shelves, and maintain displays to meet company standards. You’ll help ensure accurate product scanning, assist with inventories, and support health and safety across the department.

No previous experience is required; we provide training, flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends, and opportunities to grow with a trusted Canadian retailer.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Willing to work varied shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Able to move up to 50 lbs and stay mobile during shifts.
• Strong teamwork with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
