Responsibilities

• Maintain Department Organization and Standards. Keep the meat department clean, organized, and properly zoned for customer readiness; rotate stock and remove expired items.
• Ensure Accurate Pricing and Signing. Ensure merchandise is signed and priced correctly; follow procedures for ordering, markdowns, signing, labeling.
• Follow Food Safety and Cold Chain Practices. Adhere to food safety and temperature controls, shelf-life, and date compliance.
• Prepare and Serve Deli Products. Take orders and prepare deli items (meat, cheese, fried chicken) using slicers and other equipment safely.
• Health and Safety Compliance. Follow health and safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
