Job summary

Save-On-Foods in St. Albert, AB is hiring a Meat Clerk for a part-time schedule of 12-20 hours per week. You will interact with customers, share knowledge about meat products, and maintain a well-stocked, clean department that showcases fresh selections.

Strong customer service, reliability, and a proactive attitude are valued. Experience in retail is an asset, with benefits and team discounts available to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to share product knowledge with customers.
• Maintain stocking levels and present fresh products.
• Ensure safety and sanitation in a busy meat department.

We are hiring for a Meat Clerk at our St. Albert North location in St. Albert, AB.

12-20 hours per week.

You will be responsible for:

• Going the Extra Mile for our customers and fellow team members.
• Sharing product knowledge with customers.
• Ensuring the department is well stocked and presented.
• Ensuring only the freshest products are displayed.
• Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience.
• Cleaning equipment and work area to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Using a variety of equipment, including knives.

You have:

• A strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.
• Integrity, enthusiasm, and willingness to Go the Extra Mile.
• Retail customer service experience (considered an asset).
